- 编写并制作寄宿手册和寄宿政策。
- 接待有意向的学生和家长，介绍宿舍的架构、优势及适配性。
- 监督新生录取流程。
- 与招生部门紧密合作，确保寄宿生顺利入学。
- 协助学生转入宿舍。
- 为学校通讯、年鉴等出版物供稿。
- 在新生入学前，直接与学生、家长及班主任沟通，并提供相关文件。
- 在学校内外宣传寄宿项目。
- 与班主任协作，定期关注学生身心健康，并及时向家长反馈。
- 组织定期的宿舍学生会议，代表宿舍参加相关会议，并向校长和学生事务主任汇报会议内容。
- 及时向学生、家长和班主任通报与宿舍学生相关的活动安排和特殊事件。
- 参加并积极参与各类必要会议。
- 为宿舍学生提供学业和生活指导与支持。
- 为班主任、学科教师及学生支持主管合作，助力学生完成学业。
- 统筹管理年度活动日程安排。
- 确保提供丰富多样的寄宿、课外及周末活动。
- 与校医协作，关注学生健康状况。
- 完整记录所有与宿舍学生相关的活动、健康及社会福利问题，以及家长参与情况。
- 管理宿舍生活的方方面面。
- 本科及以上专业
- 良好的交流能力，中英文流利
- Engagement and Interaction
- Keep parents regularly informed about their children's boarding life.
- Develop and produce a Boarding Handbook and Boarding Policy.
- Welcome and meet prospective students and families, explaining the boarding house structure, advantages, and suitability.
- Oversee the new student acceptance process.
- Collaborate closely with the Admissions department for a smooth boarding student enrolment.
- Assist with student transfers into the boarding house.
- Contribute to school publications like newsletters and yearbooks.
- Communicate directly with newly admitted students, parents, and homeroom teachers before arrival, providing necessary documentation.
- Promote the boarding programm both inside and outside the school.
- Regularly monitor student well - being in cooperation with homeroom teachers and provide clear feedback to parents.
- Organize regular Student Boarding House meetings, represent the boarding house in relevant meetings, and report meeting proceedings to the Principal and Dean of Students.
- Inform students, parents, and homeroom teachers about boarding - related activities and special events.
- Bachelor degree or above in the education subject
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
