As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to spearhead our innovation and drive our engineering team towards achieving excellence.The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by leading a team of engineers specializing in E-bike systems. With a focus on both software, firmware and mechanical components, this role requires a visionary leader who can develop and implement strategic plans, oversee project execution, and ensure the seamless integration of technology into our solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of E-bike systems.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the integration of software, firmware and mechanical components, including motors and gearboxes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable engineering projects.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system design and implementation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into engineering processes.
Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Contribute to the company's overall growth strategy and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Engineering Master’s degree, or PhD in Electronics, or Mechatronics, or related fields.
Proven experience in a leadership role within E-bike or a related industry.
With BLDC know-how, Battery know-how (optional), control algorithm know-how, understanding of mechanical and electrical hardware.
Strong expertise in software, firmware and mechanical systems, with experience in motors and gearboxes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry standards and trends in E-bike.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
