About Our ClientOur client is one of the world's largest financial services organisations.Job DescriptionThe job holder contributes to support the development and validation of various Risk models, primarily used for internal risk management and regulatory capital purposes.It includes:
  • Wholesale Credit Risk
  • Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk Models
  • Financial Crime Risk and Regulatory Compliance Risk models used in global regions
The Successful Applicant
  • Knowledge of regional/country regulatory landscape and ability to access the impact of proposed changes in regulatory rules to the bank, especially those pertaining to model risk, as well as capital requirements.
  • Expert knowledge of statistical modelling, in particular for Credit Risk and good understanding of Traded Risk to maximize consistency from data and analytics perspective.
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Leadership experience and ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries
