2. Daily troubleshooting and install/alignment skills
3. Develop and maintains records for equipment down time and parts replacement.
4. Schedules execute the weekly/Monthly/quarterly PM and opportunity and PM routine work order.
5. Perform spare parts management and in-coming quality control work.
6. Implement of Total Productive Maintenance.
7. Conduct the technician cross training and the new-comer technician training.
8. Develop, initiate and monitor departmental budget, forecasts, SOP’S, ISO and 5S system for department.
9. More experience in equipment lubrication system and lubricate knowledge.
10. Knowledge of pneumatics, PLC, PC control, LM guide and motors.Education & Experience1. Bachelor’s degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other engineering related.
2. Maintenance experience of automated equipment
3. Be Familiar with mechanical material (机械材料), mechanical machining（机械加工) and mechanical design (机械设计)
4. Quickly understand, orient to, and integrate new information.
5. Understand the scientific method (i.e., identify problems, collect information, form opinions and draw conclusions).
6. Ability to explain key concepts of the scientific method and other inquiry and problem-solving processes.Required Skills1. Skill in software of Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
2. Quality concept & tool and Report & presentation skill
3. Good Quality concept
4. Process troubleshooting and management.
5. Statistic knowledge and data analysis ability
6. PLC control skill and Skill in drawing of CAD is plus.
7. Familiar with electrical control component application, such like Inverter, Servo Motor, Sensor, signal translator, etc.
8. CET-4 and above
9. FANUC Robot Operate and Maintain Skill is plus.Soft Skills1. Strong ownership of achieving plant goal
