· Implement channel sales strategies, achieve sales targets and channel penetration, identify business opportunities to fulfill or exceed target.· Maintain and manage existing customers, ensure good customer relationships, discover and develop new customers, and work closely with wholesalers to expand market coverage.· Identify growth opportunities through customer insight analysis, responsible for own area’s sales forecasts and budgets.· Work closely with trade marketing team to design and execute efficient promotion activities, to recruit, convert and cultivate young and potential consumers, provide timely feedback about activity implementation.· Ensure effective cross-functional communication with trade-marketing, finance and other teams to ensure in-depth understanding and high-quality implementation of company policies.· Supervise team execution in WS & outlets management to ensure compliance with standards, oversee the effectiveness of daily sales operations.Job Posting End Date:Target Hire Date: 2026-02-06Target End Date:
