职位概述Responsibilities: * Business Process engineering

Process refinery & communication among the stakeholder.
Supervise and monitor the process running, ensure the integrity of the progress documentation.
Keep improving the process to enhance the efficiency.
Material & process Validation:
Validate the new grade of raw & secondary material or new supplier.
Raw & secondary material quality issue analysis and communication to the supplier.
Validate the new equipment such as creasing tool, nip roller, chill roller.
Refine/improve the process parameter for the changes of material and/or equipment.
Customer trial management:
Response the customer audit.
Manage the customer trial delivery and ensure the correctness of product binding to the customer.
Optimize the size of the BOM system to balance the diversification and operational cost.

Qualifications： * Master in material or relative area.

8 year or above experience in material research work in food industry / packaging / Lab research/ pharmacy
With above 5 years professional leadership experience.
