As a business analyst, you will play a key role working with Canada stakeholders and external team developers, to deliver an end-to-end solution to support client direct trading transactions.About youWorking with software team that is running in rapid delivery mode, being able to contribute in below area:
- Lead in business analysis tasks, work with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document project requirements and structure work accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, QA, and project managers
- Participate requirement review sessions, and backlog grooming meetings
- Produce high quality documentation, including requirements, analysis, processes flows and data mapping.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current-state challenges, root causes and future state requirements and to develop detailed future-state designs.
- Communicate effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and managing project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Provide coaching to junior colleagues, fostering learning and development.
- Fluency in English, including the ability to conduct business conversations and professional documents
- Degree major in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the financial or asset management industry (or related field).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Agile development methodology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with counterparts (architects, engineers and other analysts) across geographical locations
