- Own and triage a segment of supplier inbound communications accurately while reducing the turnaround time for open tickets
- Consolidate both internal and external resources for our team, when necessary in order to facilitate better triaging of tickets
- Respond in a timely manner to internal Wayfair teams questions when designated
- Utilize data daily to determine the subset of suppliers who require additional resources and training to be prepared to use our products.
- Being able to identify trends in ticket submissions to escalate platform issues or bugs.
- Learn how to use internal Wayfair tools to diagnose supplier advertising pain points.
- Learn how to use reporting tools such as Looker, LookerStudio and GBQ and draw data driven conclusions in order to diagnose and assist suppliers with their Advertising needs.
- Constantly update accuracy of supplier contact information
- Create and iterate on content for emails, one-pagers, workshops, and webinars (all supplier facing)
- Work with Ad Sales Managers to support supplier outreach at scale for APS suppliers (e.g., sending comms with WeChat/apps vs. email, drafting comms for APS suppliers)
- Support monthly advertising performance reporting for desk-managed accounts to help them maximize the benefit
- Be comfortable with data manipulation to be able to report down to a supplier level on their successes and failures, whether that be financial, results driven or otherwise
- Have a strong understanding of google products in the workplace including how to make pivot tables and create formulas.
- Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed client expectations

- Advanced Microsoft Office & G-Suite skills, with a particularly strength in Excel/GSheets
- Enough knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem to be dangerous.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
