
Project Assistant - Intern

- Conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making;
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software;
- Synthesize and communicate results to ZS teams;
- Other responsibilities assigned by project leaders.
- Pursuing (graduating in 2026 or later) Bachelor's, master's or PhD degree in any discipline, strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required;
- Medical related background will be preferred. Business, engineering or other fields are welcomed;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks;
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams;
- Flexible hours to participate projects (require to work remotely at least 3 days per week);
