• Oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Play a good bridge role between subsidiary and HQs to synergize the corporate performance. Lead to communicate and implement the strategy and achieve the business goal.
• Well manage the budget and monitor the financial health.

• Proven success in executive management position for 10 years above in Petrochemical/Chemical industry
• Proven success in managing the business performance growth.
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, coaching and mentorship.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and positive working environment creation
• Capable of compiling business plan, budget and implementation program
• Managerial leadership experience in multiple functional areas, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize goals.
• Ability to interact and lead employees at all levels throughout the organization.
• Broad knowledge of business process and functions (sales/marketing, finance, operations, HR, procurement, technology, compliance etc.)
• In-depth China domestic experience with petrochemical/chemical industrial associations, government agencies and academic associations etc.
• Good English communication capability: verbal and writing
