职位概述Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of store projects, from inception to completion, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, visual merchandising, store operations, and corporate departments, to ensure projects are executed ...in line with the brand's vision and standards.- Develop accurate project timelines, closely monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.- Coordinate and supervise all construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and local regulations.- Procure and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and external vendors, while optimizing costs and maintaining the highest level of quality.- Provide regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders, including executive management, maintaining clear communication channels and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, address any issues or obstacles, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and innovation, leveraging industry best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency.- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and generate accurate financial reports to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the luxury retail industry.- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects, on time and within budget.- Strong knowledge of construction, architecture, and project management principles.- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.- Flexibility to travel as required for project oversight.At Louis Vuitton, we believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential.
