  • Drive global hiring strategies and execution, supporting the setup and scaling of local teams in new markets.
1. Global HRBP Strategy & Execution
  • Build and lead HRBP teams across global offices, ensuring alignment with local business needs and cultural contexts.
  • Partner closely with regional business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions in talent management, performance, and organizational development.
2. International Talent Acquisition & Team Building
  • Drive global hiring strategies and execution, supporting the setup and scaling of local teams in new markets.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and COE teams to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business goals.
3. Organizational Enablement & Management Capability Building
  • Translate trust-based leadership into scalable management mechanisms, including performance feedback, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
  • Coach and empower managers to lead with clarity, accountability, and agility.
4. Support HR Transformation & Three-Pillar Model
  • Contribute to the evolution of the HR function into a three-pillar model (COE, HRBP, SSC), ensuring HRBP plays a strategic role in business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate global HR operations and policies.

  • Proven experience in global HRBP leadership, ideally across the US, Asia, and Europe.
  • Background in multinational companies (MNCs) with strong HR systems and business partnering practices.
  • Fluent in English as a working language; strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to enable and scale management capabilities in high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable with rapid change, ambiguity, and entrepreneurial settings.
