- Lead to implement and maintain company HSE management system to comply with ISO14001& ISO45001 & ISO 50001 & safety standardization.
- Identify, assess and implement the related HSE laws and regulations, and keep effective communication with government.
- Collaborate with supported functions and business partners to drive HSE performance.
- Facilitates HSE risk assessment conducted by the line management and ensures all necessary preventive measures against the identified hazards are implemented.
- Provide analysis of HSE data. Report the progress of key performance indicators (KPI) as required.
- Organize and support the HSE incidents’ investigation with supported departments and reports to the management and relevant stakeholders and takes appropriate actions.
- Assists the management team in understanding their obligations, liabilities, and requirements for role fulfillment, as per local HSE laws and group/business-specific requirements.
- Organize and implement the annual HSE training & work plan.
- Implement safety inspection/audit plan and make sure all findings can be timely closed.
- Organize, implement and improve the emergency reaction plan.
- Monitor and improve contractor safety management according to applicable HSE requirements.

- Drive behavioral change through implementing safety improvement activities to establish excellent safety culture.
- Complete the global HSE standards and/or requirements localization and transformation.
- Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in relative Safety engineering.
- 3-5 years of HSE management experience in manufacturing or project site.
- Good understanding on ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standard, methodology and tools.
- ISO14001和ISO 45001标准、方法和工具。
- Familiar with Chinese safety and environment laws and policies.
- Familiar with electrical and machinery safety standards.
- Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
- Good oral and written English ability.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
