It's an exciting time to join our business because Crown offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in an expanding industry.Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long-term future.Job Description:Job Summary**CROWN Beverage Cans Ziyang Limited is seeking a meticulous QA Inspector to ensure the quality of our beverage cans meets established standards through comprehensive inspections and adherence to quality control procedures.Job Responsibilities**
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of beverage cans, components, and raw materials according to specifications and sampling plans.
  • Utilize various measurement tools and equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges, vision systems) to verify dimensions, visual characteristics, and functional attributes.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
  • Initiate and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, quality logs, and test reports.
  • Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality failures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company safety regulations and quality management system (QMS) procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Conduct visual inspections for surface defects, printing errors, and structural integrity.
Job Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with metal packaging or beverage can manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to use various measuring instruments accurately.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
