- Assist in planning and designing the daily menu.
- Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections.
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards.
- Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Assist in maximizing profitability.
- At least 1 year experience working in a similar role in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment.
- Has a passion for pastry and bakery.
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving.
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality.
- Communicates with fluency in English.
