Job Overview 综述:Application Development（上海） Responsibilities 职责:
  • Serve as technical advisor for assigned segments and customers, building trust through expertise and responsiveness.
  • Pre-sale: Sampling, testing, and product recommendations versus next best alternatives (NBA)
  • Post-sale: Product/process queries and resolving quality or performance issues.
  • Support pipeline execution by surfacing project ideas, qualifying opportunities, and driving them to Close Won in alignment with segment and business leader (BL) plans.
  • Support the introduction and sale of new products through translation opportunities, helping customers understand technical properties and value.
  • Share market and application insights with Strategic Marketing and T&I teams to inform value proposition validation and new product development.
  • Drive opportunity creation and Close Won outcomes via technical validation and customer engagement.
  • Skilled at translating customer needs into tailored solutions that demonstrate CE’s differentiated value
Brings a problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to customer engagementAdvocates for proactive technical exchanges and early involvement in opportunity shaping Qualifications 要求:1.BS degree or above, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors are plus.2.At least 6 years commercial working experience in plastic field. Knowledge of PA, PBT, and, PPS, HTN will be a plus.3.Experienced in E-Motor applications4.Excellent oral and written communication skills.5.Problem solving and results oriented.6.Willing to business travel frequently.7.Good oral and written English is a plus.
