Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for exploring and materializing new business opportunities from the overall Bosch solution portfolio, such as hydrogen equipment testers, EV testers, and connected Industry 4.0 solutions.
This role also emphasizes building a strong link with related associations, educational administrations, and other governmental ministries govern vocational schools.Job Responsibility1. Traditional Work - Automotive Aftermarket Solutions:
o Ensure sales revenue and margin target as sales responsible
o Promote Bosch's automotive aftermarket diagnostic and repair solutions to vocational schools via. Eg. national and international technician competitions.
o Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in vocational schools to integrate Bosch solutions into automotive education programs.
o Establish and strengthen connections with related associations and educational administrations to foster collaboration and support.
2. Exploring New Business Opportunities:
o Introduce Bosch’s emerging technologies in the automotive industry, including hydrogen equipment testing, EV testing, and Industry 4.0 solutions to vocational school and identify new business opportunities within the overall Bosch solution portfolio.
o Develop strategic plans for introducing and implementing these innovative solutions in vocational education programs.
o Foster relationships with relevant governmental ministries to align business strategies with educational policies.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive strategies for both traditional automotive aftermarket solutions and emerging technologies.
o Establish sales targets for each product category and assess performance against set goals regularly.
4. Relationship Building and Advocacy:
o Build and strengthen relationships with vocational schools, emphasizing the benefits of adopting a comprehensive range of Bosch solutions.
o Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and relevant stakeholders to understand their specific needs for both traditional and emerging technologies.
o Act as a liaison between Bosch and related associations, educational administrations, and governmental ministries to advocate for vocational education advancement.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
o Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
o Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for both traditional and emerging technology solutions.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the automotive aftermarket and emerging technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of vocational education in China and the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Travel Frequency: Some interstate/overseas travel with reasonable frequency
