- Lead and supervise the team of highly skilled Digital Consultants working on their projects and is accountable for project delivery related to end-to-end data strategy, the monitoring of the clients’ digital activities related to measurement, reporting, onsite conversion optimization and online media buy optimization
- Translate and steer client objectives into tangible outputs for project execution on deliverables and direction
- Support the team of consultants in clearly communicating and implementing the technical, strategic and organizational components of your projects
- Effectively communicate and drive projects with audiences from various background and responsibilities including business, operation and technical teams
- Clarify clients' needs, effectively set and meet their expectations
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with all our teams to develop fifty-five's offer to build proposals with your good understanding of our projects and our clients’ needs both in terms of marketing and in terms of technical and operational delivery
- Contribute to business development and expansion in the region
- Master's degree (business, science, engineering) or equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in project management or in digital marketing within structures such as consulting firms, advertising agencies, analytics agencies, digital publishing or pure players
- Mandarin (fluent or native), English (fluent)
- Project management in terms of planning, internal management, project staffing & team utilisation, customer relations, respect of deadlines and risk management, quality control of deliverables and profitability
- Excellent understanding of digital and data technologies such as web / app analytics tools, tag management systems, data visualization tools, online acquisition platforms: search engines (SEO, SEM and bid-management tools), display, affiliate marketing, emailing, social media, AdExchange, app notifications etc.
- Experience with Chinese martech / adtech ecosystems (Sensors Data, Tencent, Alibaba etc)
- Excellent communication, both oral and written, able to build strong personal connections with senior clients, commercial spirit
- Strong analytical and critical thinker
- Global understanding of customer issues and ability to propose solutions adapted to an industry (consumer goods, retail, travel, etc.)
- Ambitious & self-motivated
