- Assist in scanning and reviewing the compliance status of commercial third-party software used in the company's products, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of internal-developed tools using Python and Java, with a focus on supporting Intellectual Property compliance checks of commercial third-party software.
- Manage the databases of commercial third-party software across different systems, e.g., GitHub.
- Use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to handle daily documentation, data organization, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and propose innovative ideas.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or other computer-related majors.
- University student that can work 3+ days a week for at least 6 months.
- Basic programming skills, with proficiency in Python and Java at a fundamental level.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and able to use it proficiently.
- Have knowledge or understanding of the open-source field, with experience in using GitHub for code management, repository browsing, or simple contributions.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Possess a proactive thinking attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new things quickly.
