The China Delivery Fulfillment Leader is responsible for the key metrics related to service level performance, including On Time Delivery and Logistics Service Conformance, while lead supply chain excellence initiatives and enable business operational & strategic needs.This position reports to the Director of China Distribution Operation and is part of the Business Operations located in Shanghai and will be an on-site role.What you will do:

Leading the effort to ensure a comprehensive approach to identify, manage, monitor, and control fulfilment risks.
Deep-dive and root cause deviations in Warehouse and Logistics processes impacting on time fulfilment and drive corrective actions.
Aligns closely and strategically with cross functional teams & cross regional teams to improve fulfillment lead time, drive deflation, and reduce logistics risk, ensure operational excellence & compliance.
Lead operating mechanisms with logistics operations and customer service teams for order execution and managing escalations.
Monitor and analyze Logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement correction action as needed.
Lead operational continuous improvement projects related to activities managed under China Distribution Operation.
Where applicable lead the implementation of Global Supply Chain best practices across region including working closely with the Global Supply Chain and IT to develop and maintain the digital solutions and systems for efficient/effective operations.

Who you are: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum7-10 years in Operational environment of Logistics & Distribution operations

Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operation in a regular or global context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments
Experience of improvement work using LEAN or Six Sigma methodology.
Proven project management experience.
