Work Flexibility: HybridPosition summary:To provide overall administrative and business support to the VP, Neurovascular, Greater China, as well as business teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)Coordinate key meetings and events across APACServe as the primary organizer and key point of contact for all NV internal meetings and training sessions, including global, APAC, and Greater China business meetingsPlan, organize, and execute Town Hall meetings for Greater ChinaPrepare meeting agendas, make logistical arrangements, document meeting minutes for meetings, events, and projects, and follow up on action items in a timely mannerAssist with vendor contract renewals and support colleagues with procurement processesSubmit product complaints via Trackwise within 24 hoursManage daily administration for the Beijing office and arrange birthday gifts for all employeesMaintain close working relationships and communicate effectively with NV internal stakeholdersArrange travel itineraries, accommodations, visas, and business trips for VP and management team as neededCollect, maintain, and summarize accurate monthly miscellaneous reports from Sales, Marketing, MA, RAQA, Operations, and ICM in accordance with VP requirementsConsolidate Monthly Management Reports and quarterly business reviewsDrive filing process improvements; file and archive all NV event records, contracts, and related documentation for audit and internal useAct as the executive support to VP, manage daily calendar, prioritize appointments, and handle confidential information with discretionPrepare and proofread presentations, reports, memos, and other business documents for VPSupport cross-departmental communication and follow up on action items assigned by VPAssist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursement for the VP officeSupport business continuity, ad-hoc projects, and special assignments as assigned by VPEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum 3 years of relevant professional working experienceExcellent proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishAdvanced skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Physical & Mental Requirements:Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain strong organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsHigh level of focus, attention to detail, and accuracySelf-disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsTravel Percentage: None
