Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Maintenance ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.You will be mainly accountable for:

Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment failures. TPM / PM systematic management and implementation.
Failure analysis and quick trouble shooting. Implement effective RCA to improve maintenance operation. Set up effective KPI's to develop maintenance performance.
Improve equipment availability. Improve production efficiency by optimizing equipment operation.
Maintenance technical support. Effective equipment / facility investment project management. Optimize spare parts management.

Qualifications for the role

Major in electrical engineering, electrical automation, bachelor is preferred.
More than 5 years in Mechanical maintenance and engineering area in plant.
Very good electrical safety sense and full understand on electrical safety rules, AUTOCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens), FANUC CNC.
Strong project plan and implement capability.
Be good at logic thinking and self-learning.
Good initiative work on high pressure.
Good command of speaking and written English.
