Job Title Partner Compliance Screenings ManagerJob DescriptionThe Partner Compliance Screenings Manager is responsible to lead and advise about the end-to-end execution of the Third-Party Screening process, in line with Philips procedures and systems:In your role you will:
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team, reviewing, and optimizing its current way of working to ensure a LEAN and fit for purpose set up.
  • Collaborate with analysts in the draft report of screenings and ensure that findings and recommendations are according to our Quality Standards
  • Participating in meetings with legal SMEs in discussion of cases by the analysts
  • Monitor quality using random sampling of cases (quarterly or biannually).
  • Ensure that all screenings have a proper evidence trail, and methodology were followed by analysts.
  • Analyze KPI performance DM and determine/ drive with the team actions/initiatives required to improve the situation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of the Third-Party screenings processes.

The Partner Compliance Screenings team operates as a global team with over 15 different nationalities in three locations around the globe: Amsterdam, Panama and Shanghai.You're the right fit if you have:
  • 2+ years of prior third-party screening working experience, and at least one year leading a third-party screening team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DDP methodology and experience working with ABAC/ECS screening systems or other Compliance fields
  • Academic background in a relevant area (e.g. Law, International Relations, Criminology, Journalism, Enterprise Risk Management, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Compliance/ABAC/Criminal Law principles.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal (mandatory), and native speaker of one of the major working languages in the team (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Russian, Arab)
  • High level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver results by influencing internal and external partner teams
