- Account management and building up good relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs as well as their production problems and provide prompt consulting.
- Follow up with customers and inter-department on technical issue tracking and case escalation.
- Provide new tester installation service and warranty period hardware problem troubleshooting service.
- Provide on-site support, as well as customer training, knowledge sharing & workshop presentation.
- Familiar with ATEs and production environment.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills.
- Knowledge of ATEs instruments and related docking with Handler and Prober.
- Knowledge of IC test theory.
- Device correlation and test program release experience.
- Driver and UI knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or above in IC design, electrical engineering, RF, electronics, communication, microwave; above 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge of Digital and Analog Fundamentals
- Experience of ATE is Preferred
- Logical thinking
