- Implement the PM/PDM maintenance schedule/plan according to JM requirements.
- Daily equipment inspection and maintenance. Such as the MCC, PLC, UPS, Motor and so on.
- Diesel generator running and maintenance.
- Work alongside the production team to ensure all the equipment work smoothly.
- Utility equipment inspection and maintenance.
- Response whole E/I job under engineer and do improvement and innovation.
- Timely finish all needed job with high quality.
- Do enough training to all technician and improve their ability of work, make sure the safety of operation and machine.
- Learning all process knowledge and do PM and emergency case and solve the urgent job yourself.
- Keep and monitor all workshop and site 5S, push all technician have 5S culture.
- Monitor all technician working status in the morning , and give right arrangement for everyday job.
