- Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful monthly financial analysis for the Hong Kong and Macau markets, monitoring and optimizing performance across sales, margin, OPEX, EBIT, and cash flow.
- Lead the bi-annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the region, with detailed OPEX analysis (including intercompany recharges, functional expenses, and drivers), ensuring consolidation is accurate and explanations are robust.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of month-end closing consolidation and corporate reporting to Group via HFM (Hyperion).
- Act as a strategic finance partner to brand teams in Hong Kong and Macau, supporting store openings, contract reviews, new policy rollouts, and daily operational finance needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance SSC, Tax, Internal Audit) and external auditors to ensure full compliance with Hong Kong and Macau GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proactively identify business risks within the region and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Participate in brand finance and Business Intelligence transformation projects, supporting the adoption of new KPIs, metrics, and dashboards on the SAP platform.
- Support Finance Transformation Project coordination, including cross-functional communication, data consolidation, and quality checks for the region.
- Lead or contribute to ad-hoc strategic assignments, such as the integration of newly acquired brands into the Hong Kong and Macau entities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment, with at least 3 years focused on FP&A/management reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting under Hong Kong and Macau GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in SAP and HFM (Hyperion); experience with system implementation or Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with polished presentation skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred.
- Background in retail, consumer goods, or the luxury industry is a plus.
