PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
  • Execute allocation & replenishment plan for FRS MW stores.
  • Build up relationship with regional IST as well regional FRS operation team by providing consistent and pertinent communication.
  • Take proactive action to achieve targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Planning
  • Develop, align and implement weekly, monthly and yearly merchandise demand plan to achieve the sales and inventory target as well as weekly coverage to maximize product usage.
  • Drive replenishment planning forecast to maximize the business opportunities and manage the workflow downstream with stakeholders.
  • Define business opportunities through markdowns, promotion and manage stock on hand at store level.
Allocation & Replenishment & Consolidation
  • Assist team leader to work out regional initial shipment and weekly drop plan for MW stores before seasonal kick off.
  • Assist leader to pilot MW projects in 7 stores from Q2.
  • Execute the replenishment to FRS MW stores
  • Establish tracking report for MW stores
  • Build smooth communication with regional Ops and regional FRS IST team aiming at quicker response to store demands.

  • Able to understand Retail KPI and targets, growth strategies, related policies and processes
  • Monitor data compliance, identify issues and propose solutions
  • Proactively work with stakeholders to drive the best practice

REQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILL
  • University advanced degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in allocation or planning experience with recognized retail brands (fashion or FMCG)
  • Prefer good Excel modelling skills and ability to develop useful models/tools that can be rolled out to merchandising and retail teams
