Compounding Extrusion Operator

• A hard working and experienced first line extrusion operator in GBU Material Changshu site.

• Comply with the company's safety regulations, wear PPE correctly, and comply with safety regulations.
• Comply with the company's process procedure, and be responsible for product switching and cleaning.
• Be familiar with the cleaning, replacement, operation and maintenance of facilities in the area. Reporting the abnormality promptly.
• Set production parameters according to MI and record on-site parameters truthfully.
• Based on the online monitoring results or QA feedback results, adjust abnormalities, handle them in a timely manner, and track the processing results until the production data is normal.
• Responsible for controlling the quantity of raw materials and promptly informing the feeding personnel of the required quantity.
• Maintain a clean working environment in the production. Keep the area, equipment and building in a clean and safe operating condition.
• Other works assigned by the production supervisor.

• Senior high school or above education.
• More than 3 working experience in operating extrusion is preferred.
• Be able to read and write class handover records proficiently and have good learning ability.
• Forklift skills preferred.
