- To achieve personal MTS sales target and product sales target, support MTS team to achieve MTS department sales target
- To support un-turnkey MTS projects of Sales Clusters
- To maintain and expand business in existing MTM/A/D customers
- To develop new MTM/A/D customers
- Good market sensitivity, improve brand awareness by organizing and participating in customer training, exhibitions, technical seminars, etc.
- Good communication skills to promote the signing and implementation of key projects through internal and external communication.
- To share, communicate, report MTS project information with related people in Sales Clusters and other departments and MTS Sales manager
- MTS project management for related MTM/A/D, to provide optimized tool solution for level 1, 2 projects
- To sign and implement contract and follow up customer payment
- Other tasks requested by supervisor
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or economics or a related field or equivalent experience
- Preferably five to seven years experiences in sales management with engineering cutting tools skills and knowledge or relevant manufacturing processes / basic business administration.
- Experience in cooperation with machine tool manufacturers and agents
- Proven track record in delivering very good business results.
- Successful experience from negotiations of commercial terms and conditions with industrial customers.
- Knowledge and experience of managing external and internal customer relationships.
- Relevant application knowledge.
- Proficient in computer skills
- Good command of English reading and writing
- Good communication skills
- Complex project management knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge related to "contract law"
- Basic knowledge of international trade
