Job Category: FinanceJob Description:Reporting to the APAC Treasury Manager, the Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing regional treasury operations. Direct activities include managing regional cash operations, liquidity planning, bank relationships management, executing electronic cash transactions and record keeping.Responsibilities:Executes cash and liquidity forecasting and daily cash management for selected entities in the region, identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvementPreparing investment recommendations and ensures short-term investments portfolio is in compliance * Implement controls and maintain compliance with regulations, SOX, and other policies that pertain to Treasury; respond to external auditor inquiries.
  • Support bank maintenance requests, manage eBanking portal and bank KYC requirements.
  • Execute transactions related to funding and investments
  • Understanding of China banking regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Assist with dividend repatriation and M&A activities
Ensure data quality and establish controlled processesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.Performs other duties as directed.Qualifications:University degree (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related field plus at least 2-5 years directly related experience.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsFamiliarity with Treasury Management systems is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skills; communicate effectively with a global team with experience in a dynamic international environment and good proficiency in English.Strong analytic, organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detailProactive problem- solving skills including the ability to define possible issues and provide proactive solutionsAdapts to changing circumstances, accepts new ideas and change initiatives, and deals effectively with ambiguity.
