Or you are not given the residence permits.5Foreign experts should pay for the foreign experts certificates, residence permit (400), and health certificate (302), yourselves as all these fees are included in the wages in the contract.6If foreign experts go back to your native country, or go to another country or travel in China during the contracted period, you should ask for leave in written form from the schools or departments where you work and keep in touch with the schools or the departments during your absence.
