- Responsible for technical development activities and projects for Mobility China region customers.
- Actively organize seminars and conferences to promote EP products and solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide right material and application solutions.
- Identify the key opportunities in specific application segment. Collaborate with the key players in the value chain to enable the segment growth.
- Build strategic partnership with key customers. Initiate collaboration projects.
- Identify key technology partners in the market and build partnership to co-promote package solutions for customers.
- Leverage the R&D resources to develop new material and application solutions.
- Lead strategic growth topics and drive the team to realize project targets.
- Act as technical spokesperson in specific technical areas. Support industry marketing for the promotion of our solutions.
- Promote CMF solutions and provide color matching service.
- Provide technical service for customer issues and complaints.

- Internal: Sales, market development, quality and production team, application development, product technology, product development, regional and global product manager, technical marketing manager, industry marketing manager, CMF experts, CDC engineers.
- External: OEM, tiers, molders, designers, equipment manufacturers, industry associations.
- Master degree with more than 5 years of relevant technical experience, or bachelor degree with more than 8 years of relevant technical experience in chemical industry, plastic industry or plastic engineer in automotive or electrical/electronics industry.
- Technical experience of engineering plastics from processing, joining methods, part design and mold design, CAE simulation, etc.
- Possess communication, project management skills to participate in teams, reports to stakeholders, and make effective presentations (e.g. customers and technical conferences).
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
