You will directly report to the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain. You will be sitting in the Shanghai office, and cooperating with different region offices. You can expect a warm and cozy team with a friendly environment.about the job.
- Develop and design all category for indirect purchasing activities, including but not corporate functions and supporting functions team.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments and external suppliers to successfully implement purchasing category strategies.
- Conduct thorough category segmentation based on spending flow and market best practices.
- Design and lead the annual supplier review project to establish and maintain a preferred supplier pool.
- Draft and announce comprehensive supplier management guidance, fostering healthy and sustainable external relationships with suppliers to gain valuable market insights for the company.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Indirect purchasing experience in pharma industry is preferred.
- Indirect procurement of all categories experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with multinational corporate culture is preferred.
