Team leader for package design team
Packaging design of RM, WIP, FG, internal transportation tools (e.g. dolly), trading goods
Packaging related project management.

Roles and Responsibilities * Act as business partner for assigned specific value stream (VS), take responsibility for package design, including concept simulation, package material selection, data maintenance etc, to achieve competitive Q, C, D result in package design. Overall responsibility of security, quality, cost and delivery in defined responsibility

Be familiar with all products' package design, not only for finish goods, but also for raw material, trading parts and in-house produced parts.
Organize design concepts review in package team, to select right design concepts for FG, WIP and RM.
Lead in package design team, to analyze existing packaging design, systematically identify improvement potentials, and ensure the realization of improvement with structure tracking according to defined schedule.
Organize best practice sharing structurally in package team, to maximum the result in package KPI.
Assist manager to manage overall packaging KPI (package cost, package quality etc.) with PDCA logic, identify gaps or risks for target fulfilment, and propose constructive measures to manage the gaps and risks actively.
Act as coordinator of package design team to participate in cross value stream, cross department and even IPN projects.

Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering, packaging engineering or related

=5 years working experience for packaging design. * Fluent English speakingJob Relevant Knowledge and Experience

Good knowledge in packaging material engineering (packaging materials, transportation, storage condition, basic production processes, quality control methods, testing solution etc.).
Good knowledge for physical material flow, especially for automation
Good knowledge in BPS, LLD, ergonomic, and MTM
Good knowledge in CAD and ProE
Good lead ship skills
