- Work with cross function teams to gather requirement, align with key stakeholders, translate requirement to technical requirement & Spec, concept study with business case to trigger feasibility study
- Responsible & support automation solution setup, trail run, test, buyoff, change management, continual improvement & optimization, documentation, train operation team and incident management with internal and external team
- Support automation maintenance and trouble shotting, and continual improvement
- New technologies/solutions study, develop, demo, design standardization and define approach & guidance with I40 design team
- Leading, guidance and train site automation team for automation study, implement and sustain
- Bachelor or Master degree in systems engineering, IT, computer science or engineering
- At least 5 yearsā experience in lights out semiconductor manufacturing implementation
- Experience from conceptual design to full scale autonomous operations is an added advantage
- Expert in equipment integration solutions for SECS/GEM methodology and non-SECS/GEM methodology including RPA, direct PLC connection, BUS connection, external sensors connection and direct database / logfile extraction
- Familiar with edge device, edge AI stacks and edge programming using Python
- Good communication skills across all levels of corporate hierarchy
- Able to visualize long term big picture with fitting short term executions
- Able to simply technical presentations for C-suite executives while giving clear instructions to shop floor technicians
- Good analytical skills and ability to visualize physical vs logical model
