- Vivificate renewal data to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Report data discrepancy to project manager or communicate with client, solving and ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with service portfolio manager to ensure all data docketing requirements are met.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on data docketing activities.
- Communicate with client to make sure all data information are correct.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
- Proficiency in using IPMS.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
