
Production Line Manager

- Take responsibility of the daily surveillance for compliance of HSE operation in respective area
- Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Inspire staff and keep in high morale, mainly focus on productivity improvement and defect reduction
- Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background
- Above 5 years work experience and 3 years supervisory experience in related fields, prefer to have electrical product assembly field experience
- Be self-motivated, willing to change and able to coordinate multiple programs concurrently, can delivery results under high pressure.
- Good communication skills and coordination skills. Understand business process and importance of teamwork and communication within and cross functions
- Have the knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, VSM, Project Management
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
