- Accountability of dedicated segment/application business with KPI’s of orders, revenue and business penetration process
- Define target segment with PMMs & Define go to market strategy and attacking plan for dedicated segment/application
- Coordinate with ABB internal resources to support the business activities & Cooperate with industry sales, regional sales and CPs for new segment attacking
- Key customer relationship building to promote business
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical engineering or target potential segment related
- Minimum 5 years in target potential segment, with deep familiarity of the segment/application ecosystem and key vendors
- Knowledge of target potential segment, datacenter segment for example, technology(familiarity with IDC procurement processes and standards) and business mode(existing network with data center operators/design firms/EPC contractors)
- With target potential segment key customer technical or business resource, data center for example with key EU and EPC resource and project experience, prefer if with knowledge of air conditioning manufacture technology and business mode
- >3 years of experience in technical or sales related to automation or drive products
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing)
- Proactive attitude and willing to take challenges and encouraging & motivating others to do so
- Willing to travel frequently
