  • Comply with the rules of the work safety accountability procedure document, and carefully follow the rules and regulations in the employee handbook.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the company's HSE policy, HSE management system and emergency plan in the department.
  • Supervise employees in the responsible area to implement applicable environmental health and safety laws and regulations and take responsibility for hazardous wastes and employee HSE performance.
  • Leaders establish and improve quality management systems, organize implementation, supervise and inspect the operation of production quality systems.
  • The leader establishes and refines the identification and grading of all risks in an area of responsibility, consistently pushing for a reduction in high risk levels.
  • Takes responsibility for safety events, quality events, delivery events, and other events that impact the area of responsibility.
  • Be responsible for the daily management of the production line, schedule production tasks, control the production schedule, and ensure that the production is completed as planned.
  • Drive continuous improvement of issues in safety/quality/delivery/cost/morale/environment in the area of responsibility; Participate in the formulation and implementation of action plans.
  • Master various indicators in the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between various departments, and timely solve various problems in the production.
  • Responsible for setting monthly and annual performance appraisal goals for employees, and overseeing their achievement.
  • Promotion and implementation of GUPS projects.
  • Strictly require all employees to be on duty with a license.
  • Lead and drive work instructions or procedures for all operations, and non-standard work instructions for special operations.
  • All employees in the area of responsibility are trained effectively, and there is a plan to repeat training. Implement, supervise and correct the training content.
  • Supervise the use and management of materials in the production process to reduce costs.
  • Take charge of improving the skills of your squad leader, ensuring that they fulfill their duties.
  • Implement a layered audit plan (safety/quality /5S/ standardization), and follow up issues found items measures are effectively implemented.
  • Overseeing discipline in other areas while other production line managers are off duty.
  • Other scheduled tasks and responsibilities.

  • Requires understanding and application of procedures and practices within own area and basic knowledge of other areas
  • Understands how the team relates to other closely related teams to improve efficiency
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • At least 3 years working experience in front line management
  • Familiar with the product and equipment situation of the production line;
  • Basic knowledge of English and strong learning ability;
  • Good communication/coordination/cooperation skills;
  • Strong leadership and logical analysis skills;
  • Good pressure tolerance and continuous improvement ability
Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • 3+ years of experience
