- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a professional services role (e.g., Marketing Analytics, Marketing Consulting, or Product Management) in digital advertising.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience with the technical aspects of digital advertising and experience working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
- Experience in product roles at digital media agencies or app/gaming companies.
- Understanding of digital marketing and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work with large data sets to build compelling insight or narratives.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze the needs of stakeholders, and work through ambiguity and complexity.
- Manage a set of key clients for success, working across the entire business cycle.
- Develop insight into the client’s business goals and lead/guide a holistic media spend strategy.
- Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term client and account growth.
- Lead, drive, and scale product adoption across the full suite of Search products.
- Collaborate in building product and solution expertise through product trainings/workshops for internal and external practitioners.
