Being responsible for supplier quality management and development for mass production material
Being responsible for supplier quality performance monitoring and driving
Identifying potential risk and carry out development of supplier capabilities and performance
Providing quick response for internal and external customer complaint
Ensuring non-conformance handling for mass production material
Incoming Instruction setup and control
Being responsible for compliance with safety, health and environment regulation
Co-working with cross-function team to solve quality, delivery, technical problems
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or above
2 years or above working experience in Supplier Quality function
Good knowledge and experience in gearbox, gearwheel, casting & machining category
Familiar with FMEA, APQP, SPC, QC-7tools, Lean Six Sigma
Good team work spirit, communication skill, problem solving are required
Accept regular business trip to supplier side for quality improvement
Fluent in English writing and Oral
