The QC Laboratory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory laboratory, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in driving laboratory performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to secure robust quality systems that support manufacturing excellence.*Lead and manage the QC laboratory team, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable testing results for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
*Ensure laboratory operations comply with corporate quality policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
*Develop, implement, and monitor laboratory procedures, work instructions, and test methods.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, accuracy, and laboratory safety.
*Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing and quality-related issues.
*Ensure effective training, development, and performance management of the laboratory team.
*Manage laboratory resources, including instruments, consumables, and budget, to ensure operational effectiveness.
*Lead or support audits and inspections, both internal and external, ensuring laboratory readiness at all times.
*Partner with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to evaluate risks, solve problems, and ensure consistent product quality.Stable and international working platform.Good business status.*Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related discipline.
*Minimum 8 years of QC/QA laboratory experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
*Proven experience in managing factory-based laboratories (FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries).
*Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
*Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
*Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
*Good communication and collaboration skills in both English and Chinese.Our client is a global well-known FMCG company.Competitive salary package.
