To understand quality standards and concepts, implement organizational assessments and maintain customer satisfaction & focus. The Area Quality Manager should manage projects and people supporting strategic objectives and motivate human resources in the support of organizational quality goals. Participate/Lead Quality Improvement Projects to transform/ support/optimize/standardize Products and/or Operations processes. The Area Quality Manager has responsibility for quality system at one location with a limited number of technologies. Provides direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled, non-exempt employees. The Area Quality Manager’s complexity is limited to 1 location and limited number of technologies, with limited complexity when considering such factors as complexity of products/processes, levels of regulatory requirements, complexity of supplier processes, level of precision required, cleanliness/environmental sensitivity and customer documentation expectations.Work Shift Day (China - Jiangsu)
