- Define and execute the plant operational strategy to ensure world‑class performance in delivery, quality, cost, and flexibility, aligned with EMS business requirements and customer expectations.
- Establish, implement, and monitor plant targets, ensuring the achievement of economic and operational goals.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, automation, and digitalization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance process stability in a high‑mix, fast‑changing production environment.
- Drive and develop the plant management team, fostering a culture of accountability, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
- Support the identification and development of technical and managerial talent, ensuring succession and capability building.
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and investment decisions, ensuring the plant's financial performance and long-term competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with management policies, procedures, and practices, aligned with corporate and legal requirements.
- Define the plant's vision, set priorities, and make decisions that prepare the plant to face future challenges and ensure economic viability.
- Represent the plant in customer audits, business reviews, and technical discussions, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Ensure the plant is prepared for future challenges through strategic workforce planning, capability development, and technology roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
- Motivate, engage, and develop employees, apply HR tools and leadership guidelines to ensure the organization's long‑term competitiveness.
- Deep knowledge of production management, finance, and control.
- Extensive industrial operations experience (10+ years).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Ability to integrate processes across multiple organizational areas.
- Strategic leadership and strong influencing skills.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and develop management teams.
- Sound judgment and decision‑making in complex environments.
- Strong results orientation and business sustainability mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in plant operations or engineering.
- Proven leadership experience in managing industrial operations.
