Plant Manager - Zhuhai

• Define and execute the plant operational strategy to ensure world‑class performance in delivery, quality, cost, and flexibility, aligned with EMS business requirements and customer expectations.
• Establish, implement, and monitor plant targets, ensuring the achievement of economic and operational goals.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, automation, and digitalization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance process stability in a high‑mix, fast‑changing production environment.
• Drive and develop the plant management team, fostering a culture of accountability, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
• Support the identification and development of technical and managerial talent, ensuring succession and capability building.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and investment decisions, ensuring the plant's financial performance and long-term competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with management policies, procedures, and practices, aligned with corporate and legal requirements.
• Define the plant's vision, set priorities, and make decisions that prepare the plant to face future challenges and ensure economic viability.
• Represent the plant in customer audits, business reviews, and technical discussions, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Ensure the plant is prepared for future challenges through strategic workforce planning, capability development, and technology roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
• Motivate, engage, and develop employees, apply HR tools and leadership guidelines to ensure the organization's long‑term competitiveness.

• Deep knowledge of production management, finance, and control.
• Extensive industrial operations experience (10+ years).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to integrate processes across multiple organizational areas.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
