- 依据 PYP 项目理念，制定并实施班级管理制度，培养学生自我管理能力与责任意识。
- 组织开展主题班会、班级活动，塑造班级特色文化，增强班级凝聚力与归属感。
- 关注学生日常行为规范，引导学生建立良好的人际关系与团队协作精神。
- 协同中外教团队，深度参与 PYP 超学科主题探究课程设计与实施，确保教学目标达成。
- 结合中国国家课程标准与 PYP 课程要求，创新教学方法，运用多样化教学资源提升课堂效果。
- 定期评估学生学习进展，建立学生成长档案，为个性化教学提供依据。
- 本科及以上学历，教育学、汉语言文学、中文教育等相关专业优先；持有 IB PYP 官方认证证书或接受过系统的 IB 教育培训者优先。
- 2 年以上小学班主任工作经验，有国际学校或双语学校 PYP 项目教学经验者优先。
- 熟练掌握 PYP 课程框架与教学方法；具备优秀的中文听说读写能力，良好的英语沟通能力；熟练使用现代教育技术辅助教学。
- 热爱国际教育事业，富有爱心、耐心与责任心；具备跨文化理解与沟通能力；拥有较强的组织协调能力、团队合作精神与问题解决

- Develop and implement class management systems based on the PYP philosophy, cultivating students' self-management abilities and sense of responsibility.
- Organize and conduct themed class meetings and class activities to shape the unique class culture, enhancing class cohesion and students' sense of belonging.
- Pay attention to students' daily behavior norms, guiding them to build good interpersonal relationships and teamwork spirit.
- Collaborate closely with Chinese and foreign teachers, deeply participate in the design and implementation of PYP transdisciplinary theme inquiry courses to ensure the achievement of teaching objectives.
- Combine the requirements of China's national curriculum standards with the PYP curriculum, innovate teaching methods, and utilize diverse teaching resources to improve classroom effectiveness.
- Regularly assess students' learning progress, establish students' growth archives, and provide a basis for personalized teaching.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese education, etc.; candidates with official IB PYP certification or those who have received systematic IB training are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as an elementary school homeroom teacher, with a preference for those who have teaching experience in the PYP program of international or bilingual schools.
- Proficiency in the PYP curriculum framework and teaching methods; excellent Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, good English communication skills; proficiency in using modern educational technology to assist teaching.
- Passion for international education, with love, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility; ability to understand and communicate across cultures; strong organizational and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
- Monthly salary of 13,000 to 25,000 RMB
