- Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform as well as best practices for campaign management focusing on Greater China market
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions for campaigns
- Partner with Account Management and Sales Executives to provide support to clients, including onboarding and optimization trainings
- Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform
- Become a thought leader in digital media optimization
- Understand and communicate The Trade Desk's value proposition, technology, and partnerships, to help grow clients' accounts
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally in programmatic trading or operations at a DSP, agency, ad network, exchange, or large publisher.
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills, with a track record of independently resolving complex issues and turning them into efficient, scalable solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and comfort working with large datasets to generate performance insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical platform logic and data insights into clear, actionable takeaways for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with confidence in client-facing conversations and cross-regional communication.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration mindset, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams to drive results.
- Effective time and project management abilities, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with China outbound (跨境/出海) advertisers.
- Familiarity with the gaming/app vertical and performance marketing models.
- Hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns, including CPA, ROAS, or other conversion-optimized goals.
