- Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer requests, concerning orders management such as forecast, price, lead time, order status (tracking), and provide feedback to the relevant sales representatives regarding order status and/or changes.
- Process customer orders (sample incl.)/ changes according to established department policies / procedures after confirming the stock availability and customer product allocation, logistic availability, communicate with customer on relevant information, e.g. delivery schedules and product availability and coordinate with logistics and finance personnel, Process customer returns according to established policies/procedures.
- Check the documents and challenge internally to get them in time and send them to customer (contract, package list, invoice, MSDS, CoA, etc.).
- Manage the document filing and support audit activity.
- To communicate with the clients on feedback, suggestions or complains, continue to optimize the operation process accordingly to maximize the clients’ satisfaction.
- Follow up AR with financial team.
- Monthly review of delivery cost with logistic staff.
- Assist the line manager on operation reporting, projects and implementation of relevant Process;
