To support the demands of a large-scale initiative, we are seeking an expert in direct procurement within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will not only drive project execution but also contribute strategic insights to shape procurement transformation. Working closely with client stakeholders, you will help define and implement solutions that optimize processes.Collaborate with a seasoned procurement team to deliver projects for tier 1 clients, where you will play a key role throughout the engagement:
  • Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives focused on direct materials and components within manufacturing environments.
  • Analyze current procurement processes across factories and production sites to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement optimized procurement workflows that align with operational goals and industry practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to ensure seamless integration of procurement strategies.
  • Conduct supplier assessments, negotiations, and contract reviews to drive cost savings and enhance supplier performance.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on procurement transformation, change management, and capability building.
  • Utilize digital tools and data analytics to support decision-making and track project impact.
  • Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and ensure alignment across global teams.

To meet the demands of a major project, our team is urgently seeking someone with the following qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in direct procurement within the manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in a direct procurement role at a large multinational corporation.
  • Deep expertise in direct procurement, with strong capabilities in streamlining and optimizing procurement processes in manufacturing environments such as factories.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a consulting mindset, committed to delivering good solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with international team members.
