- Provide expert guidance to clients on procurement transformation, change management, and capability building.
- Utilize digital tools and data analytics to support decision-making and track project impact.
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and ensure alignment across global teams.
- Over 10 years of experience in direct procurement within the manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in a direct procurement role at a large multinational corporation.
- Deep expertise in direct procurement, with strong capabilities in streamlining and optimizing procurement processes in manufacturing environments such as factories.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a consulting mindset, committed to delivering good solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with international team members.
