For more information, visit .Introduction:As the project lead of the Technology Transfer Process Integration, you will play a critical role in installing, matching, characterizing and qualifying process sub-loops of FEOL, NVM, MOL and BEOL respectively which eventually to be integrated into product full flow. Individuals will have to work very closely with process integration, unit module development, industrial, facility, production control and quality engineers of partner fab, GF on-site supports and POR fab to deliver technology milestones for production ramps in partner fab in the stipulated timeline.We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a proven track record in technology transfer and product development in semiconductor fabrication.   • Technical Expertise: To work closely with partner fab to resolve challenges surfaced up during process installation, qualification and product yield and ramp. Preferred eNVM and HV processes fabrication experiences on 40nm & below technology nodes
  • Technology Transfer: Well verse of cross fab technology transfer methodology and diligently follow the BKMs
  • Cross Fab Activities: To coordinate tech transfer, process readiness, pre-ramp workshops and trainings at POR fab at different phases of process installation
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with partner fab in meeting the project goals
  • Customer First: To manage and deliver customer’s needs and expectation by working closely with partner fab, POR fab and customers
  • Resource planning: To work closely with POR fab on technology transfer planning and resources
Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in the semiconductor industry (engineering or project management) or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or product development within the semiconductor industry or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide consistent and clear communications between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the senior leadership team.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required, written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product management and domain knowledge of automotive, IoT and consumer electronic systems
  • Understanding of advanced CMOS, power application, embedded NVM processes features
  • Experience managing automotive quality issues and supply chain
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and proactive work ethic. Ability to identify opportunities and independently pursue.
