- Assist to implement marketing and branding strategies for target groups across a variety of social media and outreach platforms
- Assist to scope, plan and coordinate campus recruiting events (i.e. campus presentations, workshops, networking sessions, competitions, virtual recruiting drives, offer celebration events etc.)
- Assist to build engagement with target student organizations and career centers
- Identify opportunities to increase diversity, inclusion, and engagement with underrepresented candidate profiles (i.e. female candidates, local market representative racial and ethnic heritage profiles, digital/technical skill sets, multi-lingual capabilities, etc.)
- Assist to manage candidate selection and assessment processes including:
- Processing a high volume of candidate applications on our Applicant Tracking System, pre-screening, collaborating with internal teams to review applications and managing selection meetings and processes
- Manage high volume of bulk downloading and organizing of documents and files in a concise manner
- Organising interviews - from large volume assessment days to ad-hoc processes including coordinating with candidates, organising travel and accommodation, scheduling and communicating with interviewers, disseminating interview materials and feedback, on-the-ground management and helping to manage calibration and decision meetings.
- Coordinate offer processes including creating offer letters and paperwork, connecting offerees with consultants, partners and other Human Capital contacts and managing cultivation initiatives.
- Assist to manage candidate data and internal systems, including keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date.
- Assist with management of our Intern Program including coordinating support structure
- Help manage internal referral program, ensuring timely responses, candidate tracking and administration of referral payments
- Good fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, university staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of campus recruitment best practices and familiarity with university recruiting processes is a plus.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Can work 4 – 5 days per week from Mid-February to June 2024
